Wyndham Garden Midland is a hotel in a great location right off the main strip, central to everything. The lobby and common areas are well maintained, clean, and quiet, with a nice beautiful heated indoor pool that is amazing for families. The hotel offers very affordable and great prices, often exceeding expectations for the cost. Many rooms are described as nice, roomy, big, clean, and satisfactory, with good AC. The staff provides great customer service, with a kind and welcoming front desk, and they are friendly and helpful in resolving issues. There is an on-site bar and restaurant, and the hotel feels safe for guests. However, some rooms need attention. Some beds are reported as very uncomfortable with awful pillows. Bathrooms may have only a shower, with tile coming off and grout not well cleaned. Some guests note very small TVs with limited channels and not great connection. An unusual smell is sometimes noticed in the lobby. While the hotel is fine and a pretty good choice for the price, these room conditions might be a consideration for longer stays.
Clean staff nice. Had no soap & shampoo in the room. Pool & hot tub was cold. Have to wait a while before they would check me in.

The bed and pillows were very hard. If you like a firm mattress then you would like this. I do not so I barely slept. I ended up ending my trip early because my back was too sore.

Checked in very late, but staff was sweet and kind. Room was clean and spacious. Bed was very comfy. Breakfast is standard hot breakfast, but was fresh, stocked, and actually very good. Overall, good stay.
