I needed same‑day business cards and called ahead to confirm the store could handle the job, Mary (the manager) assured me it was fine as long as I used their standard template. I dropped off my order in person, emphasized several times that I needed them today, and was told I’d receive an email once they were ready.
As closing time approached, I never got an email so I returned to pick them up. I was told they couldn’t complete the order due to “too many orders” and that no one even started them that day. No notification, no apology, no explanation.
This was extremely disappointing. I expected reliable same‑day service and clear communication, especially after being given that assurance by management. Instead, I was left without the cards I needed for a same‑day event and no clarity on what went wrong. Poor communication and unmet expectations. Not something I’d rely on again for print jobs.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this UPS store. I had a package that was supposed to be delivered to my house, however the staff printed a wrong return label and my package was returned to the UPS. On getting to the UPS stored to receive the package, this package containing highly sensitive, confidential documents including signatures,addresses and personal information was ripped open and damaged. I asked why my package was torn, the lady who handed the package to me was shockingly rude and condescending trying to cover up, telling many lies and wrong information about the package delivery Instead of offering help, I was dismissed and told to leave the store a completely unprofessional and unacceptable response.
I then called UPS customer support, explained the situation, and was told a manager would call me back within an hour. That never happened. Two days later, I called again and was placed on hold for 28 minutes after being told I would be connected to a manager only for nothing to come of it.
This has been a frustrating, stressful experience. Not only was my legal documentation compromised, but I was treated with complete disregard at multiple points along the way. UPS needs to train its store staff on professionalism and follow through on escalated customer support promises. I expected better from a company trusted with sensitive deliveries.

Super efficient, knowledgeable, and with a line of over 10 people (two people with over 20 packages to send) i was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Now that's awesome! If I was in this situation in Dallas, it would have been 30 minutes or more. Awesome team you have in Midlothian!

Absolutely phenomenal team running at high speed. I went in for an Amazon return to find a 12 person line. Kiss of death? No. The three people working the counter had us up, served and out in under 7 minutes. Exceedingly impressed with the speed of service

This store did nothing to help me when I went in. They help everyone else and pushed me aside. Went to another location and got Exceptional service. Wont never return to this location.

I take all of my Amazon returns to the Midlothian, UPS store, but on this visit, it was a complicated one. The young lady you scanned my returns was incredible helpful and patient. There were 13 items with 5 QR codes and she never made me feel like I was being an imposition. I apologized like three times and each time she would say it's fine, Amazon returns can get very confusing.

I was denied notary services but found out the following:
Can I notarize a document that is already signed in Texas?
As long as the signer is personally present before the notary and acknowledges the signature, then the notary can proceed with performing the notarial act. A notary's certificate of acknowledgment should always reflect the date on which the signer personally appeared before the notary. I filled out the document yesterday not realizing I would be unable to get notarized. I acutally liked this business haven't had issues in the past but now will have tore-think using this business :(
