My experience with this Verizon was great. Barb was helpful as always and kind. Which was nice because I was having a really hard day. And Jennifer helped me so much either picking out and new phone. I give them both a 5 In a 1-5 rating.

These 5 stars are for Courtlynn's customer service. She helped me select a new phone and plan and then transferred all of my data from the old phone to the new phone. We've always had a great experience with this Verizon store located in Mineola, Texas.

Barbara was very helpful and knowledgeable. She was very patient with my husband who hates technology. She helped us get used to our new phones and was able to get my husband’s hearing aids synced with his new phone as well.

The lady that helped me was awesome. She stayed a little longer to make sure the new phone was working. I lost mine in Lake Fork, go figure. She answered all my questions and was a huge help. I would recommend this store over all others. Thank you for the big help

Guess I didn't understand the upgrade offers but recently went in to buy a new phone and walked out with an S24-fe at no charge! How nice. A tech named Tim at the Mineola, TX store was a pleasure to work with. Efficient, intelligent and just plain kind. I will definitely go back. Thank you, Verizon for great service.

Tim advocated for me when I had an issue that the lady said couldn’t be done nothing about. The lady with the blonde hair insisted I had to go to corporate to fix the issue and that it would be a hassle. She kept trying to interrupt Tim.Tim resolved my issue in less than 20 min. I gave 5 stars due to Tim”s customer service.

The gentleman that helped me did a great job! Knew everything needed to help me get my new phone. He handled 3 customers at 1 time (including me). With great calmness. This is why I always shop at this location. Highly recommend!
