I brought my Escalade in after the alternator burned up and damaged a battery that was only a few months old. During the visit, the dealership also performed the engine recall, but there was no sticker placed on the oil cap or any insert added to the manual indicating the oil-weight change that is required after the recall.
I was charged for a new battery, and when I got home, the vehicle immediately showed a low-oil warning on the dash. After checking, the oil level itself was fine, but I discovered the oil sensor had been left disconnected during the service.
I called the dealership right away, and since the vehicle had already been towed back to them, I expected a quick response. Instead, I was placed on indefinite hold with no update or communication.
This experience has been extremely frustrating and reflects very poor attention to detail and customer service.

I had the worst experience at Bert Ogden Cadillac. At first, the staff I worked with were helpful, but things quickly went downhill. My original salesperson, Cesar, stopped answering my calls and texts after some issues came up. Later, Ellias reached out and assured me that everything had been taken care of. Even though I was hesitant to return, he promised that all I needed to do was come in, sign the papers, and drive home my dream car.
When I arrived, I was handed off to a new salesperson who told me there was no deal and tried to sell me a completely different vehicle I didn’t want. I asked to speak with a manager to file a complaint about being misled, and to my disappointment, I witnessed both the manager and the salesperson laughing at me as I tried to express my concerns.
This was an incredibly unprofessional and humiliating experience. As a disabled veteran, I already face challenges just getting around, and to be treated this way was deeply discouraging. I expected honesty, respect, and transparency from a Cadillac dealership—but unfortunately, that was not the case here. I truly hope this is not the only option in the Valley for purchasing a Cadillac, because no customer deserves to be treated this way.

Gio was my salesmen he is good and Professional , the reason for my bad review is due to the fact that I was scheduled to go sign and the moment I showed up they had sold the vehicle to someone else or maybe they were going to make more money off the other deal who knows , bad communication between the managers and also they try to up sale on top of the MSRP, other dealerships don’t do this , look elsewhere if you can.

Took my car in for service ,drove 100 miles to get there because it was the first service,got there before opening, third in line ,got skipped several cars then having to listen clerk talk criticizing about a customer,after 3 hrs I was good to go ,sorry but but with out a smile,last time I go there...

Recently purchased a used 2015 Escalade. Overall buying experience was not great but wasn’t horrible. The dealership seemed to care about the customer put new tires, windshield due to crack in it, and an oil change before delivered to me about a week later. While this year does not come with projection (apple carplay) this one had it. Salesman pointed it out on the test drive. Upon receiving the vehicle “magically” it no longer had it and the gps no longer worked. Also newly installed windshield was delivered with a chip. Was told by the salesman to file a claim on it since I paid for the warranty. Informed the salesman about the radio and my suspicions but ended up going nowhere. Be cautious making a purchase here especially used there seems to be some bad actors working for that establishment.

I had a fantastic experience buying my new car. Frank Figueroa worked very hard to meet my husband's and my requests. I highly appreciate his professionalism and quick responses to our messages and calls. Norman Garza was equally helpful and his enthusiastic personality made the setup of the Cadillac app, OnStar call, and signing electronic documents go by quickly and pleasantly. Great customer service guys!
P.S. They have a delicious cappuccino, as well.
