Stephanie Rivera (branch manager) clarified some questions I had & was very knowledgeable of the bank. Thus, making me refrain from closing my account. I highly recommend & she deserves a raise!

I have banked with IBC for as long as I can remember. The tellers at the HEB location are very friendly and courteous. Although there are times when you will be waiting in line but the service is quick and pleasant and they are sure to meet ALL your banking needs.
