“I have been a customer at this BBVA Branch for about 10 years. When I have needed to come to the branch I have never had any issues whatsoever. The only thing that I do not like about this branch is their ATM. I rather use their ATM on Mayberry. Other than that, I have no complaints about this place.”

I highly recommend this bank to everyone. Selena has amazing customer service. I rate her a 10. She called me later in the week to see if I had already received my debit card and I find that very convenient of her to see if I had any issues. Selena treated me like family. “I had an issue come up from the Bryan St. IBC location, called my usual bank on Griffin Pkwy and a gentleman by the name of David Martinez assisted me. He took his time to call the other location, that fixed the issue and called me to let me know, then he called me to let me know they had fixed it. Thank you David! ?? Great customer service!”
