“Typical car wash. It does the job but it seems about half the time someone has to push the big red button to stop the wash. The vacuums work great but the compressed air had a bunch of moisture in the line.”

“Good company, firstly you pay the washing price, i paid 14 usd for washing car and washing tyres too. Then car was washed in the machine not very fast not very slow, good time for washing. Then car was dried with blower motors. After that you can use vacuum and blower machine and towels and glass cleaner and leather cleaner, all of these are for free. And you clean your car and use machine under the tent. That is important because houston heat is extremely high. Thank you Mister Car Wash”

“Regardless of a inconvenient past experience, I can also give acknowledgment where it's due. I am happy to share my experience. As I was in Yessenia's line to check out, I witnessed excellent customer service skills. The customer she was checking out 2 people ahead of me seemed upset with her because her card was declining. Yessenia stayed calm and composed, as the customer tried the card multiple times. After a while The customer behind offered to pay for that customer's purchase. The customer continued to be short and rude to the cashier and customer trying to pay for her. I was amazed at the calmness Yessenia maintained throughout. When it was my turn she checked me out with smile as if nothing happened and was very kind. I Loved that! Great job to you Yessenia!”

“UPDATE: THE INFORMATION BELOW THIS PARAGRAPH WAS MY INITIAL REVIEW. In the meantime Chris called me back and educated me on how the system was supposed to work and what I was doing wrong. I do think there needs to be some other kind of signage up for $10 to start the wash because there was a confusion when $5 worked for me the first time. But that being said everything is great now. Chris was able to cancel my credit card scan and he credited back the money that I lost in the machines. He gave top-notch service. I'm very happy now and will go back again
I went there to wash one car and everything was fantastic I loved it. I came back with another car in the same day number five and it took my credit car but wouldn't give me a wash. I tried to call and the dude's voicemail was full and they didn't give me any other options just hung up on me. I tried with $5 and it still wouldn't give me anything. So then I tried a $5 bill in a different bay, number three, and it took my money and didn't give me a wash AGAIN. There's a sign that says to report it and I tried to but I still couldn't get through and couldn't leave a voicemail. I'm incredibly aggravated”
