“I’ve tried several automatic car washes in the area, but this one is hands down the best. From the moment I pulled up, the service was absolutely amazing. The staff (Especially Kelsey)was incredibly welcoming, smiling, and took the time to interact with me and pitch a membership offer before I even entered the tunnel. The automatic wash itself is top-tier. The brushes and dryers are clearly well-maintained, and it gave my car a spotless, streak-free shine with zero water spots left behind. Even the tires and rims came out completely clean, which usually doesn't happen at automated places. To top it off, their post-wash area is great, and the free vacuums have excellent suction power. It is extremely rare to find an automatic wash where the customer service matches the quality of the wash, but this team nails it. I will definitely be a regular customer here! Shoutout to Kelsey for giving the greatest Car Wash Customer Service ive ever seen!”

“Aarion she is a great asset to the company she take care clients with care like she asks is everything okay she check-in with clients when collecting towels. I remember on one event I explained to her the washer did not catch my tires and trim, came over and wipe them down what an awesome experience. I am happy that I am member of this car wash service. “Ishine is where I come to get my truck washed when I can’t make it to my family’s own car wash! Rene made my old truck (now the family back-up vehicle) look brand new again. I got a hand wash with the interior superclean and added the engine clean as well. Super nice, honest, and hard working. Hard to find good full-service washes these days but definitely appreciate the service Rene and his family provide at Ishine.”

First time here and it happened to be a free wash weekend! They're giving everyone The Works package (highest tier) for free this weekend! The lady who helped me was awesome! Great service overall! The wash tunnel looks amazing compared to the ones I've been to before because it's actually bright inside and not dark like other places so you can see what is going on. I didn't try the vacuum or the mat washer but I may try them next time!”
“First time here and I needed to get my son’s car clean because of all the graduation decorations on it. They let me run the car a second time and the attendant help explain the process of cleaning mats and vacuuming. He even saw how much I was sweating because of hot it was outside, so he brought me a bottle of water. Excellent customer service! I will definitely be coming back. They earned a loyal customer out of me.”
“I was incredibly pleased with these guys. My front two seats had some long-term, very stubborn stains that I didn't have the means to get rid of myself, and they knocked it out of the park. When they called me about the job being done, they said the stains were maybe 95% gone (and before starting, they said they could maybe get them about 80% out) –– but 95% is too conservative, they seriously look perfect. If I didn't know any better, I'd have thought they straight up replaced the seats with brand new ones.
Also, I really appreciated that they agreed to only focus on those two seats; lots of places don't offer such specialized service, and I'm glad I didn't have to buy a whole detailing package just to get those two seats cleaned. Very reasonably priced.
Lastly, maybe more than anything, I appreciated their attitudes. They were very friendly and incredibly responsive; I'm not trying to mess up my car anymore, but when I inevitably do, I'm coming back to Vive, without a doubt.”

“Come all the way from sugar land to get my car washed here. The owner takes care of you and doesn’t try to upsell. I was a little cautious as my car has PPF on it but they are aware of how to take care of it. I don’t take my car anywhere but this place.”
