I can see that in the way multiple team members checked in with me to help with my concerns. The team was very efficient in communicating and presenting information. They were very helpful!

Pricing: As a car service chain, prices are standardized, so I would not take up that issue with the shop!

“I showed up last minute for a tire repair or something to help me get home as my tire just found a huge bolt in the middle of it. The guy was on the phone when I walked in and still acknowledged me and gave me a few options to help me. They were understaffed and busy due to it being graduation night. Still, I was greeted with a smile and they happily offered to put my spare on for me since they wouldn’t be able to accommodate me until Monday morning. “I came in being in a bad situation. I had to have my tires serviced because I was losing tire pressure due to a puncture and be out in a certain time. When I say little time, I mean the littlest of time because I had to get my kids. So it's not something I can push off to a later time. They not only took me in but did their absolute best to get the job done in the shortest of time. It's stuff like this that makes this location a must go to location if you need tire work. I know this situation isn't ideal to try to service my car but it's moments like this you see the greatness of the staff. Bravo.”
