Do not tell customers their online order for curbside pickup is ready if you’re not ready. No reason for customers to wait over 30 mins in the car to pick up an order after checking in. This defeats the purpose for the service. I called 2X, first time I called after about 15 mins or so and I was told someone was coming out with my order. 2nd time I called after about another 10-15 mins to cancel my order the phone just rang and rang. In the middle of waiting for someone to answer I get a text stating “Thanks, your order has been picked up. I was furious at this point so I went in there and saw a cashier finally scanning what looks to be my order and I said I believe that’s mine and she said my last name, I said yes and took the basket. I shouldn’t have to had walked in the store at all if my order was curbside. Makes me not want to patronize them again. Just ridiculous!!

Extremely frustrating experience. They never answer the phone, I was on hold for an hour the first time and gave up. Tried again later and waited for two hours with no response. I have refills on my prescriptions, but they’re delaying them without any explanation. Got to drive in to talk to them.

Worst customer service. Waited for 15 mins for checkout guy to show up at the counter. I said appreciate if you guys don’t take this long. “Yeah whatever”. Was the tall white a bit overweight guy with glasses response.

Went there for a passport photo for my 5 year old. The lady who took the photo was not nice. She had a rude tone towards my daughter who is 5 years old !! I finally said to her if you ask nice she will listen to you, then she acted nice.
2nd thing is $18.99 for a tiny 2 copies of passport photos!!!!!! Crazzzyyyy. Passport office, post office all charge like 15
Best is to take a photo ok your phone and print here for few bucks and cut into size yourself

You give a prescription at 11 o'clock and at 4 o'clock in the afternoon they still haven't prepared the medicine. They call the customers saying it will be ready in 1 hour and then all they say is sorry.

My daughter went there on to pick up a prescription for my grandson and was given the wrong medication! This is highly unexceptionable! A company this big should not be making mistakes of this magnitude!! I am extremely disappointed and concerned about this situation. This could have been a life threatening situation. And don’t want to someone get sick or die behind pure neglect! I will not take this lightly, I want ppl to be aware of this. We trust these places with our health. I can just imagine how many other people this has happened too and impacted wrongly!!
