Terrible customer service. I've noticed that all the Walgreens are going down in customer service. I waisted on hold for 20 minutes, and then gave up. I just hung up myself. This was my 2nd attempt at trying to find a Walgreens to answer my phone call. There are other pharmacies people.

Poor service with tech Mya. System is down to proceed with my prescription but a long line was waiting. How can that be that she can’t process my prescription because of the long line. She wants me to come back for another day. Too bad of an experience.
