Great experience today from Mrs Future at Wells Fargo. I got in & got out. Time wasn't on my side earlier as I had to get loaded and head to UT.
She was prompt and courteous and got me what I needed!!!

The customer service to speak with a representative isn’t customer service friendly. I was told three times, “Someone will be with you shortly,” by three different people. I’m not quite sure what’s going on here. I bee waiting 25 minutes.
