Visitors appreciate that the facility is clean, safe, and accommodating, especially for those with disabilities, helping everyone feel included. Outside, there is a jogging loop around the property, and some wish for an outdoor gym area to be added. While many enjoy the complex's offerings, some improvements are needed. The repair times for equipment can be slow, and the cardio and free weights sections could use expansion. Hours of operation are somewhat limited, especially in the evenings, and the complex is closed on major holidays. Summer camps are available but are viewed more as themed babysitting than traditional camps. Despite these drawbacks, amenities like child care and locker room saunas are highly valued. Overall, Eagle Pointe is seen as a good recreational spot with potential for growth as the community expands.
McKayla helped me set up swim lessons for my son with Leslie and I couldn’t have asked for a better team to help my son. My son has a huge fear of the water and they both were patient with him and me. I highly recommend Eagle Pointe for swim lessons!!
