This happened last year. The manager was extremely rude. I was being chartered for a year for a personal trainer that I had just before covid. They never got back to me. Then when I finally caught someone actually answer the phone he told me they no longer use those people and couldn't give me a number. I went down there to talk to him and he was angry. He did give me a number then told me to leave his gym, after I told him he could see some people skills. I told him not to worry I would not be back. He proceeded to follow me outside taunting me the whole way. Stood in the door way yelling at me not to return as I was getting into my car.

I’ve been to a few gyms around Montgomery and this one has by far been my favorite! The manager is amazing, he’s really helpful with the sign up process as well which is nice because most gyms joining processes are a handful! Would 10/10 recommend!!

The manager there is nothing but rude. He told me that I needed a doctors note to be able to cancel my membership. I had one due to my autoimmune diseases, sent it to him. Tried to call him, no answer no call back. My mom tried to get ahold of him, no answer no call back. But was continuing to bill me.

Although this location is smaller, it is not lacking in proper and good management. This gyms manager has to be one of the nicest and most helpful I have ever met. He is honest and helpful. The machines and facilities are well maintained and thoroughly cleaned by Jay and Andrew.

Love this Anytime Fitness! The gym is always super clean, and the manager, Jay, and members are super friendly! Definitely recommend this as a home gym for anyone in the Montgomery area!

After spending a month trying to get my membership cancelled, and being charged an additional month, I finally managed to contact the manager after being charged a cancellation fee and he told me my me my membership was cancelled and the additional charge to my account was a cancellation fee that was part of my contract, and that I was no longer in their records. They just charged my account again for my monthly membership fee. Do not join this club is you ever want to be shed of them.

I love Anytime Fitness. The fact that I can workout ANYTIME makes it perfect for my lifestyle. They do an excellent job keeping all disinfectant items stocked and facility clean. The atmosphere is friendly too!

A great place to move your body and work up a sweat. Members are friendly and staff (Andrew) is great. The facility is kept clean and cool. The Zumba class with Natalie on Saturday mornings is a fun workout. Hope to see you there soon!!

Anytime Fitness in Montgomery is the best! Now that Andrew is back as the manager, we have a CLEAN gym to work out in. The gym is kept clean and organized.....ALWAYS. The equipment is kept clean and in working condition. If any of the machines are broken, Andrew does his best to get them fixed immediately, however, he does have to go through corporate and that can take a while. If you are thinking about joining, Andrew will give you a very thorough tour and explain all the equipment to you.

I had my son with me at the time so I wasn't trying to sit and read a 10 plus page contract on the tiny Ipad they sign you up on so It's my ignorance for not reading the fine print. However, regardless I was lied to by the manager and he neglected to mention the key point that in order to cancel for $50 you have to move where there are no anytime fitness locations within 50 miles, deploy with the military, or die. That is literally what the general manager told me. When I explained that I had been deceived by HIS EMPLOYEE, the general manager told me tough luck, he works for a corporate company and I was not his problem. He also told me if I didn't pay then I would be held legally liable for the remaining balance on the contract. Either way, I told the guy when signing up that I hated contracts for this reason and he 100% lied and deceived me to make the sale. It's my ignorance for not reading the fine print but for this reason I will never buy another gym membership anywhere ever, and I will do my best to ensure no one ever does business with this crooked company ever again. Especially with the corrupt employees of the Montgomery TX location. This is a small town and there are tons of other great options for fitness.
