“Consistently the same on every visit. Associates are great and personable, always eager to help and go the extra mile for you. Usually it's pretty busy, and when it's very busy you can expect to wait a few minutes in line. The employees stay so busy, always moving, so if Dollar General executives wanted to make it a solid 5 stars, they should hire more help to assure the details of customers satisfaction are actively being fulfilled, ie: cleanliness, visibility of products, quicker check out, and it needs a way better layout, it's packed now and you can't move carts throughout the entire store with ease, a new effective layout of entire store and check out lines would drive business and sales up significantly because you could actually see the products, for example, the clothes are so packed you can't move them to see them, it's a cluster**** in several departments, but that's a solution only the corporate leaders can change. There is a demand for a wider selection of household products & clothing; they would absolutely be of interest to this community and it's demographics.”

“I am beginning to choose dollar general over Wal Mart whenever I have the option. DG seems to be where Walmart was 30 years ago ( and that is a good thing). The buildings seem to be too small for the number of items stocked. Keep doing what you are doing and continue to upgrade facilities. HIRE more people- it's an invest in the company's future”
