“The store was cluttered, but not in an irritating manner. Everything was stocked & tucked away appropriately. & The cashier, Sebastian, was warm & welcoming & eager to assist in any way possible, despite the fact that his store was so busy & so close to close (9:40). He spoke Spanish to the couple in front of me, & made an extra effort to make them feel welcome. & When it was my time to check out, he applied the same practice with me. It's not very often that you go into dollar stores pretty much anywhere and the employees are eager, helpful, polite, & patient. So, thank you so much for making this such a delightful experience at the Dollar General, Sebastian. & Thanks to the gentleman stocking shelves, you & Sebastian are both incredibly kind & hard working, & y'all's services are appreciated.”
“I am beginning to choose dollar general over Wal Mart whenever I have the option. DG seems to be where Walmart was 30 years ago ( and that is a good thing). The buildings seem to be too small for the number of items stocked. Keep doing what you are doing and continue to upgrade facilities. HIRE more people- it's an invest in the company's future”
