“Had this shadow on TV we thought our TV was toast but Michael spent time on phone with me to try to troubleshoot before having us make the hour and a half trip. After a few attempts we decided to bring in. He had it fixed within 24 hours and the bill was better than fair. The customer service from Ellen and Michael was exceptional. No wonder they been in business so long. I will make the trip again for any of my future needs. Please keep doing what your doing you folks are awesome and have a gift and skill that is rarely seen.”

“I would highly recommend Hess furniture. Cindy and her employees go out of there way to help. Cindy and Salina helped me and one of my sons on purchasing furniture, pictures etc. They greet you with a smile and willingness to help. “The Hispanic girls here, I think one her name was Paola but she was with another person that helped my mom. My mom was having issues with a cell phone because of the power outages, as soon as we walked in they smile and greeted her and immediately asked how can they help her with a big smile. That type of customer service is not so common out here so I’m writing this review to let the company know, these two girls you have working here are very good at what they do. They fixed the issue and even took the time to explain to my mother what was the issue. Keep up being kind to people, I really appreciated that.”

“I have never been disappointed by the service at this store. I have shopped at this store since it opened. Tonight I had a fairly complicated problem switching over to a new phone I had bought from a friend. The online Verizon folks could not figure it out. I went to the local store, and they had the problem solved so fast. I was stressed, and they were cheerful and encouraging and so very knowledgeable! They are rockstars in my book— and this ain’t my first rodeo with them.”
