I sent a product for repair and it’s been almost 4 weeks now and they’re still “waiting for the part to arrive”, I’m still paying the monthly payment for a product I cannot use. If it’s taken almost a month for the part, who knows how long it will take for the actual service…lol”

She was so helpful, she walked me( an extremely technology challenged 70 yr.old) thru the process of transferring all of my files onto my new phone. “Called about connecting TV after getting rid of Dish. Ellen spent 2 (two hours) on the phone waking us through the checks and balances. Unbelievable service especially after coming from Dallas.
