“Russell, at Ivan Smith furniture, went way beyond the call of duty for me. I was shopping for a specific coffee table. Russell informed me that they do not have one available due to it being discontinued. I thanked him for his time via chat sessions. Two minutes later and my phone dings and it’s Russell informing me where I can find this item. It’s at a completely different furniture company that it’s in a different state. He hooked me up with contact info and every else. This Russell guy is a total asset to his company and an awesome ROCK STAR. . I’m the supper impressed guy up in Minnesota.
