“I live about 20 miles from this store and come here often. There is an employee in a wheelchair who most often there when I am. He is very knowledgeable and is always so very kind to me and my 91 year old father. My father said he has been there for years and always gives the best service. Our family appreciates him and hope you do, also.”
“Very nice people, however if you send something off for service, expect it to take a while. I sent a product for repair and it’s been almost 4 weeks now and they’re still “waiting for the part to arrive”, I’m still paying the monthly payment for a product I cannot use. If it’s taken almost a month for the part, who knows how long it will take for the actual service…lol”
