I recently bought a used vehicle, only to discover it had severe, undisclosed rear differential issues shortly after driving it off the lot. It was a stressful situation, I called many regional options and Steve was the name I kept being told to handled it; which he did with absolute professionalism. I called his shop, and he said he would be waiting for me.
He diagnosed the issue quickly (actually that following day), explained exactly what was wrong without any confusing jargon, and gave me a more than fair, transparent estimate. The repair was completed ahead of schedule, and the vehicle now drives as it should, along with the best detailed warranty for the work and parts (certified Jasper installer). I think finding an honest, highly skilled mechanic is rare, and Steve has earned a customer for life. If you want the job done right the first time, take your vehicle here!”
“I'm the son of an auto mechanic and usually work on my own stuff but I didn't have time to work on my car. This man makes sure you understand what's going on and checks with you before adding parts. I had a coolant leak on a 2006 Buick Lucerne and he fixed it in no time flat. Even called me first to see if I wanted the water pump changed for preventative maintenance, since it looks like the original, while he was it even though it was not the problem. Very honest and reliable. Would recommend to anyone.”

“I pulled into this shop because the cover underneath my car became lose after the screws fell out. The mechanic that I spoke to was very kind and helpful and try to help me despite them being super busy at the time to help me fix the issue. I wasn’t from the area and couldn’t wait to long before I have to get back on the road and he was able to fix it right away and didn’t charge me because the fix was simple.
