“Steve, his son Dallas, and the staff were great to work with. I cannot recommend Steve's Auto highly enough! I recently bought a used vehicle, only to discover it had severe, undisclosed rear differential issues shortly after driving it off the lot. It was a stressful situation, I called many regional options and Steve was the name I kept being told to handled it; which he did with absolute professionalism. I called his shop, and he said he would be waiting for me. He diagnosed the issue quickly (actually that following day), explained exactly what was wrong without any confusing jargon, and gave me a more than fair, transparent estimate. The repair was completed ahead of schedule, and the vehicle now drives as it should, along with the best detailed warranty for the work and parts (certified Jasper installer). I think finding an honest, highly skilled mechanic is rare, and Steve has earned a customer for life. If you want the job done right the first time, take your vehicle here!”
