Love's Travel Stop at Exit 147 on I-30 is a convenient and friendly place for travelers and truck drivers. However, the location has some parking limitations, especially behind the shop, and improvements could be made to better accommodate trucks. The business has a history as one of the original travel centers from the early 80s, but as of January 2025, it has closed and is expected to be torn down and rebuilt. Overall, it is regarded as one of the best little stops encountered on travels, with friendly service and organized facilities.
Our bus group had to visit the ladies room and most of our travelers were female so that made a long line and wait the use the facilities although clean but according to our group size not large enough access area to the restroom of the women's bathroom.
