Every time blood is drawn, I am squeezing my stomach with my hands and looking away. I went in there, on this week, and was able to breathe will she inserted the needle. I can't believe it. “From my understanding, I believed I was told on multiple occasions by phone that the process would be completed by November 1st, and not afterward. There was definitely a miscommunication, and I now understand where the misunderstanding occurred. My intentions were never to damage this company's reputation, but rather to express the urgency of the timeline and seek clarification. I acknowledge that my actions and words were not communicated in the right manner. I allowed my urgency of the matter to take over, and as a result I did not express myself as thoughtfully as I should have.
I’ve learned from this experience and will use it as an opportunity for personal growth and learning opportunity, ensuring I don’t make the same mistake in the future. Moving forward, I am committed to taking the necessary steps and actions to correct my error. I will begin by publicly apologizing for my words and actions as well as giving this company the review that they deserve.

Their employees are kind, respectful, patient, and they make every effort to explain your case as clearly as possible. “Apparently the online site lets you book an appointment past their normal lab hours however the front desk lady was very nice and let me do my orders that luckily weren’t anything crazy. She was incredibly sweet the entire time which is a great experience considering she didn’t have to help me! Wish I had grabbed her name while I was there, can’t thank them enough!!!”

“Everybody's complaining about how long it took, well you don't think you should of made an appointment? I walked in 1 min before my appointment time and there was 8 other people sitting there, I got called my exact time. Its really not that hard to call and make an appointment. No, its not a real person but its 2025 who cares? Does it bother you that much? It was so easy and fast to make an appointment and I got in less than 24 hours!! They were very gentle and fast and super nice :)”

While I had to wait 2 to 3hrs for surgery to be completed, I thought why not get my bloodwork done while I am here. I did a walk in without an appointment and they got me in within a few minutes”
“I was nervous seeing the reviews, but my experience here was actually pretty amazing. Sure, walk in is nearly impossible, but appointment was pretty straightforward and not much wait time.
I was lucky to have blood drawn by a young man with curly hair(I think his name is Asam but with only a glance). I am usually VERY nervous about blood drawls. He is WONDERFUL and totally made my day! He was super smooth and since I was really nervous, he used a smaller needle for me. The whole process was quick and straightforward, no fishing around the vein and quick and done within 5min. I really appreciate that!”

Lab appointments can be a stressful process for various reasons, including the anticipation of what the staff's attitude will be like. Briana, did not disappoint and I am glad that I chose to come to Quest. I have not used Quest since 2019 because of a prior bad experience with a bad attitude staff member. However, I will rebook at this Quest the next time my doctor orders labwork.”
