Very rude front desk lady. She gave me an attitude when I asked for insurance clarification question. The phlebotomist is great tho.

Everything else was good except for the student phlebotomist who had started to draw blood from me, she hurt my vein. I couldn't use my left hand well for the entire day. The punctured area left a bruise and that never happens when I get blood drawn.
