“The service department of Gound Chevrolet is absolutely THE BEST! I have been going to them for service and parts for forty years. Outstanding customer service. Jay is dedicated to his customers. 👍”
“100% Satisfied; I've purchased several sets of tires, alignments and lifts. Anytime I've had any problem they have taken care of me properly and resolved the issue which was rare to have, but when I did have the issue they had my back! Will always have a customer for life.”

“I called and was given an appointment the same day. Problem was diagnosised within an hour with estimates. Car was ready the next day by 9:30 a.m. I was also given a discount as a veteran. I was very impressed because when you need your car you can't wait 2 to 3 days for it to sit at a shop before someone is able to look at it. ❤😊”
“I used Gabe’s service last September to replace a bad AC compressor, which worked for a few months before going out. I took it back and they replaced it again. It took a little longer than I expected, but I am glad it was all covered under warranty, and now my AC is blowing cold again. They even fixed my glovebox that wasn’t closing right for free without asking. Everyone was a pleasure to talk to in person and over the phone. They are kind and caring and get your mechanical needs taken care of. Highly recommend this shop if you’re looking for a caring mechanic who does good honest work at an affordable rate. Thank you Gabe’s!”
“frankys had been an absolute blessing. MS. BANITA IS OUTSTANDING! she is so kind & sooooo incredibly helpful. it’s hard being a college student in nac alone, but she made me feel so calm & supported. she was so communicative with me. the part i needed for my car got lost in the mail, which was upsetting. they ordered another one & once it arrived they were able to get my radiator replaced in an hour & a half which was a miracle because i wanted to drive home for the weekend. they made it possible & i have no clue how they pulled it off. i have been to frankys 4 times now & they’ve never dissapointed me. i am so thankful!!! they are so honest & well priced! 10/10 reccomend.”
“I’ve gotten two cars off of Lupe. He’s been the best and has taken very good care of me and my family. I recommend everyone going in and asking for him. This dealership is one the best dealership I’ve been too, no doubt about it. Never had any problems with anyone. Everyone is very kind and helpful!”
“I've been going to Hermann power for a long time and never had anything negative happen. Prices have always been the best in town as far as I'm concerned. To me. This is the tire place.”
“I just needed normal maintenance on my car and they got it done a lot quicker than I expected! Wasn’t expensive, Very affordable, and the guys are so nice and know what they are doing! I recommend The Car Doctor 100%”

“Have purchased trailer and heavy haul tires from this Cook location. Always treated me with respect and took care of me! Only complaint i had was one time got quoted a lower price but was looking at the 'wrong' store... so apparently this location might be a little higher cost due to its location. Not really happy about that but other wise no complaints.”
“10/10 would recommend! I had such a difficult time trying to find somewhere that would work on my car but Well’s was quick to help out! Everyone there is super kind and extremely knowledgeable. And as an added bonus they are fast at work! I got my car back after one day! Their prices are very very reasonable as well! I definitely won’t be taking my car anywhere else in town after their great work and customer service!”
“Great shop with extremely talented people. I’ve known them for a while and have never known them not to go the extra mile. The work speaks for itself, they never stop, no days off!”
“Through the advice and recommendation of a friend, I contacted Gary and he said that he could see me right away. After assessing the problem, as the loose flap across from the driver side front tire. They fixed it and straightened the frame and didn't charge me.”
“Ronnie and his team have a great reputation for being honest, upfront and doing quality work done right the first time. My experience was nothing less and will continue referring Crump's Auto.”

“We had a very smooth, seamless, and fair experience today for our purchase at Gound Chevrolet. It was very refreshing with the down home personal experience working with William Nash and Jason Gound!”
“Got a fair deal on my trade in. Everyone was professional got to meet with a few of the managers great staff. I walked in looking and smelling like garbage and drove out in a brand new car. Drove in from Alabama the night before. Thank you Kevin, Joseph and the entire staff. Y'all did good.”
“Johnny did an excellent job with my transmission issues. He was extremely thorough and so very pleasant to work with! I highly recommend his services!
In fact, I drove all the way from Tyler for him to work on my car. That's how much I trust his integrity.”

“Someone hit my beautiful Mustang in a parking lot. I am thankful that they let me know. The amazing professionals at Collision Specialist returned my car looking beautiful again. They perfectly matched the finish. They explained all the details well and completed the work in a timely fashion. I highly recommend them.”
“They did a decent job on the machine work, they don't do much cleaning, not vatted like I thought. Inside my intake was black as ever. Paid 60 for cleaning, and they cleaned surfaces that don't involve anything, just exterior surfaces, who cares if they are pristine? So next time I will have the parts cleaned myself and only pay them to do the machine work. No gasket prep, no cleaning. I did most of it myself anyway. Why waste time and a roloc on the outside of a timing cover? If you want it pretty bead blast it.”
“Every employee I found to be respectful, knowledgeable and with pride for their work.
I had been to other body shops that wanted twenty dollars before they even looked at my vehicle. Not that way at Community Collision Center. I was welcomed at the door. My truck looks like the day I bought it with 17.3 miles BRAND NEW! You get a good job done without the B.S. go talk to them. You won't be disappointed.”
“I traveled through the town and car broke down. These folks ordered the parts right the way and repaired it in only couple of hours. They saved me lots of trouble.”

“The owner John swapped out a new transmission for me three years ago on my 2001 Honda Accord for about $750 (labor) and did a fantastic job. It’s still running smooth. He’s done other repairs for me on that car and my daughter’s CRV and he does great work for a very reasonable price. A friend who has lived here a very long time referred me to him and I’m glad she did!”
