Book Stores
“Normally I don't do antique stores, but this is also a bookshop and local gift store. I found some lovely jams and a tiny jade jar. It's not big, but they do have an unusual selection of stuff, so check them out if you're wondering around downtown Nacogdoches, you might just find something cool.”
“I really appreciate that Kay took the time to order my son’s sash and the diploma frame!! The sash I received with the cap and gown was not long enough for him! He is 6’ 7” and needed a longer thicker sash! So glad Kay helped me with the order! Love this place”
“Alumni owned store, nice people. We always know they will have something for everybody. Big selection of family shirts, hoodies, and jackets. And they have specific department shirts for the students. Happy to see they are carrying the "kiss my axe" gear again after having to pull it a few years ago.”
“I absolutely love it here. My husband went and bought me my birthday gifts here and I decided to buy my daughter’s birthday. We got whole ingredient tea “The Big Heart Company” and we love this tea. We will absolutely keep coming here. The atmosphere was wonderful calming music great customer service.”
“Deceivingly large new and used book inventory. When entering from the front on North St, there is a small entrance area with some locally authored and/or made items (and sweet stained glass shrine to our musical Lord and Saviour, The Artist Formerly Known As...PRINCE) on display. Passing through the threshold located opposite from the entrance opens up to the main room that is easily 4-5× the size of the previous room that could best many lesser populated town's public libraries.
It should also be noted that a local has a portion of his massive Comic and Graphic Novel collection on display and for sale here. Their condition quality, from what I saw, ranged from Used to Like New and Near Mint with approx 95% of the editions individually sleeved. A true gem!”
