CVS offers coronavirus testing for eligible individuals. The pharmacy provides lab testing and rapid testing at some locations. Staff members are often helpful and patient, making the shopping experience great. Some employees are considered a huge asset to the location, providing kind and caring service. However, customer service can be hit or miss. Overall, CVS is a great pharmacy with some locations offering better service and care than others.
As a regular customer, I have been very pleased with the service in the general store. I would particularly like to recognize Manager Steve Story and the Operation Managers Darian, Theresa, and Judi for their friendliness, store knowledge, and helpfulness.
