“I recently visited Home Outlet for a few home renovation projects, and I have to say, the experience was fantastic; thanks in large part to Tiffany! She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, guiding me through product options, offering design tips, and answering every question with patience and professionalism. Tiffany clearly knows her stuff and made what could have been an overwhelming process feel smooth and manageable. It's rare to find someone so genuinely invested in customer satisfaction. If you're planning a renovation or even just exploring ideas, I highly recommend stopping by and asking for Tiffany. She’s a true asset to the store!”

“Finally my faith in customer service has been restored because of Laura who greeted us as we entered followed up as we were just browsing since I had already found what I came for checked us out and even gave my grandson popcorn on the way out. I stopped shopping here a few years ago due to the staff but I will definitely be a return customer and will also call to make sure she is there when I do.”

“I honestly can't say too much about this place. I only go there to get 50lb bags of dog kibble and 40lb bags of pine pellets every month. I can say the store is clean, employees generally knowledgeable and courteous/friendly, and there always seems to be some sort of sale going on. The drive angles in and out are a bit of a annoyance but otherwise it's very comparable with Tractor Supply.”
