Got my oil changed regularly here for 6 years. Now for some reason, no one answers the phones. IF they do, they're snarky as hell! No drive to help. I've tried to get a quote built for the past month for a major repair bill on a 150k mile service interval.. no calls back. I've talked you guys up for years. Thanks for cementing the negative instead of the positive.

Went by with my Lincoln navigator to see if they could pull the codes to see what a warning light meant. Was told it would take 1 to 2 hours and it would be next week before he could even look at it.

The guys in the service garage are great. Wish I could say the same about this one (1) guy at the service counter. I will say this thank the lord I don't like or own a Found On the Roadside Dead (F.O.R.D.). But he could show customer service I won't call names cause I was with someone, I don't use the services

Bought a truck from them back in 2021, was told the truck was a one owner, and only had hail damage to the hood. Tried to trade the truck in recently and come to find out the truck has been in a couple of accidents, paid over $27, thousand for the truck and it's not even worth $10 thousand with all the accidents it was in. Went up there and talk to the manager and he pretty much hushed us out telling us he would try to make it right and help us trade it off, still stuck with the truck and continue to tell us he doesn't have a vehicle in our price range. Not about having a vehicle in the price range it's about making them a good sale and they definitely got us by lying.

Tipton Ford in Nacogdoches, Texas came through for me this week. I was stranded at my RV Park in Garrison, Texas due to old failed batteries in my 2019 F-250 Super duty truck. I contacted Tipton Ford (Mike Floyd) and I was informed that their mobile service would come to my location and replace the batteries. Angel from Tipton Ford mobile service came out within 2 hours of my request and replaced the batteries and got my truck back in good order ( Angel even topped off my coolant and window washer fluids) I am impressed with all of the great service Tipton Ford provided.
