“yesterday ( wednesday , november 15 th of 2023 ) me & my neibor went to ace hardware store in navasota . i have NEVER been to a store like this in my life , i also do not know anything about the store . when i walked in the store i was greeted by this super nice guy named george . i then told him that “ i knew nothing about the store , & that i have never been here before “ he then welcomed me & helped me find my shopping list . i had lots of questions , and he answered all of them . he was really sweet , respectful , & amazing . for it being my first experience , i give it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ / 5 stars . i will most definitely start coming more often . thank you george for making my first experience the best , you deserve a raise !”

“Curtis and Haley saved the day! The team at Tractor Supply and the store manager went above and beyond when I called with an urgent favor. My poor pup was feeling under the weather and threw up in the car on our way to College Station, this was the only store that had a special freezer dried chicken and rice meal that would help. I called them 15 minutes before they closed and asked if they were willing to sell me what they had in stock even though I would be arriving 5-10 after. They greeted me in front of the store with my order, Finn my dog thanks them from the bottom of his heart (and happy stomach!)”
