“After having a bad experience with another bank I was delighted to meet Tiarra. She was very helpful, friendly and took care of setting up my personal account as well as my business account. The bank was short staffed but you really couldn’t tell with Tiarra running around helping everyone. In my opinion she’s a huge asset to your company and should be the branch manager. Thank you Tiarra!!”

“I am not a member of DuGood but when my elderly father recently had open heart surgery and my mom misplaced her purse at the hospital, Dana LeBlanc and her team in Member Services bent over backwards to help. They did everything they could to help my mom close her debit cards and even called her directly to make things less stressful for both of them.Great job DuGood! Thanks for going above and beyond.”

“Working with Melissa was an absolute pleasure; she is truly an exceptional banker who goes above and beyond for her clients. From our very first interaction, she was incredibly helpful and attentive, taking the time to listen to my specific needs and explain every detail of the process with clarity and patience. Her proactive communication and sharp attention to detail made what could have been a stressful financial transition feel completely seamless. It is rare to find someone so genuinely invested in their clients' success, and I cannot recommend Melissa highly enough for her professionalism and dedication.”
