“The Branch Banker, Shan Mollette, assisted me with obtaining a release of lien for a vehicle that was paid off in 2014. She put in the request to find the records and send me the required release letter. It took the 2 weeks to received the letter as she informed me. She called and followed up with me to ensure that I received the letter after it was mailed. I appreciate the extra efforts Shan went through, to ensure that the records were located, letter mailed & checked that I received it. Also, of note, I do not currently have a PNC Bank account.”
“i came to open a bank account and i did not have what i needed at first so i finally got what i needed and they were just about to close the day before thanksgiving and they were still able to help me out everyone was very nice and i was still able to open my account the same day it took less than an hour very easy and quick. the costumer service and my experience was a 10/10 id definitely recommend this bank to anyone the staff is amazing 🙏”
