“The Branch Banker, Shan Mollette, assisted me with obtaining a release of lien for a vehicle that was paid off in 2014. She put in the request to find the records and send me the required release letter. It took the 2 weeks to received the letter as she informed me. She called and followed up with me to ensure that I received the letter after it was mailed. I appreciate the extra efforts Shan went through, to ensure that the records were located, letter mailed & checked that I received it. Also, of note, I do not currently have a PNC Bank account.”

The staff? Polite, efficient, handling things. You’ve got tellers moving, people helping, questions getting answered. It’s a well-run system. No chaos, no confusion—just banking getting done. Tremendous.
BUT… and this is a big BUT… we have to talk about the restroom situation. Because wow. This is where things go very wrong.
No restroom. None. Zero. I’m looking around like, “Where is it?” Nothing. I’m thinking maybe it’s hidden—secret door, something fancy. Nope. Just… no restroom. For a major bank? Unbelievable.
You’re handling money, accounts, serious financial decisions—and suddenly you realize you’ve got nowhere to go. That’s a problem. A big problem. People are saying, “How does this happen?” I’m asking the same question.
You’ve got everything else—nice counters, clean floors, great service—but no restroom? It’s like building a luxury car and forgetting the seats. It doesn’t make sense. It really doesn’t.
And it becomes the main thing you remember. Not the service, not the efficiency—the restroom. Or the lack of it. That’s tough. Very tough.
Is it perfect? Look… maybe everything else is great, but you leave thinking, “I wish they had a restroom.” And you will think that. Everyone’s thinking it.
Overall? Strong bank. Very strong. But until that restroom situation gets handled? It’s holding them back. Big time. Fix that—and now we’re talking total domination.”
