“Hey, this is the shop you want to go to, if you need anything done for your phone. I've been there several times for multiple phones and my family also, never had to come back for the same concerns. I tell you, Alex, it's straight up honest; and the prices just can't be beat. 10 stars.”

“I took my daughters iPhone that quit working to Star Cellular for him to try and fix. He tried a couple of things that could have been the problems but ended up figuring out it was the board, which was not worth fixing for this particular phone. He was very knowledgeable about possible issues, how to repair them and is a super nice guy. Highly recommended for cell phone repairs!!”

“I had a great experience at the Metro by T-Mobile store located at 2751 Washington Blvd. The staff was professional, patient, and very friendly throughout the entire process of purchasing my new phone. They took the time to answer all of my questions, explained the available plans and promotions clearly, and made sure I understood everything before completing the purchase. The whole experience was smooth, quick, and stress-free. I truly appreciated their excellent customer service and willingness to help. It’s not often you receive this level of care, and it made a big difference. I highly recommend this Metro by T-Mobile location to anyone looking for a new phone or mobile service.
