We go there for my sons batting lesson and we are very happy with he is learning there he's more confident and swinging better and has been hitting more. We Love all the hard work they put in with him and it's Showing.

Outstanding fitness program, led by qualified instructors.. The workouts are very effective, without the heavy weights, etc, of a full blown crossfit workout. In the first 60 days, both my daughter and I had great results. I highly recommend this place !
