So sad to experience the customer service here when asking questions about an account that’s held on behalf of my daughter, when there with my daughter trying to help her resolve the issue. No words.

Two years in to my relationship with this Bank, I continue to be amazed at their great customer service and responsiveness. It seems like they are just there for me! Prosperity blows away all prior banking experiences; why did I not find them sooner?
