“I was in town for a business trip, and when I landed I was made aware that the material's I needed were not going to be delivered in time for the event. I frantically called in, and Katherine immediately put my nerves at ease. I came in, told her what I needed, and she went above and beyond for me. Katherine Stayed until almost an hour after the office closed to make sure my needs were met. I cannot thank her enough for all she did to help me, and if I am ever back in Port Arthur, TX I will no doubt go to her for my office/printing needs.”
