“Oh good what a great customer service. It was our bumper that came off while driving on the highway, we slowly exited and drove to scooters oil & lube. They stopped what they were doing and immediately started fixing it. They were very welcoming and very polite regardless of my ethnicity or skin color. I was at the tire place next door first before coming here and the rejection was like mmmmmmmm but scooters oil & lube took me in fixed the problem and even asked not to pay because it was minor. What a warm customer service. This is what I call serving the community and being a true American.”

The manager ,@ the Princeton TX location said all it needed was topping off the oil. He also checked all of the other fluids free of charge! How honest! This is why I continue to go to Jiffy Lube!

“Updating this review. I did have a terrible experience at this location but customer care got it taken care of so I would go and try one more time. They were quite good.

“Ethan, at least I hope that’s his name (black glasses, curly shoulder length dark hair), really helped me out today! He was super thorough and saved me from having to replace a still fairly new, good tire. Even requested I come back so he could personally take a look at my other tire purchased from Walmart not too long ago. I really appreciate him and will make sure he’s the guy for a tire job in the future! Highly recommend!!”

Her really nice shop is at the same location. You can make appointments for hair and car service at the same time. That is convenience??”
