“Came here because of fraud and was helped above and beyond! Reba was very patient and even assisted me with making my disputes and helping change my direct deposit! I am very happy with my visit and highly recommend this bank!
Edit: After 5 days nothing was taken care of on my account and many phone calls and trips to the bank it hasn’t been resolved!!!
My money has not been returned to my account as of 6/1/26 still have fraudulent transactions on the account and negative charges !!!”
“What can I say, it's a bank, if you have money in a bank, the ATM gives it to you. If you dont have money, dont go to a bank and try to get some unless your getting a loan.”
