“I recently had a trip planned to visit family in Boston, myself, my daughters, and their boyfriends. Life today is very busy so scheduling this trip took a lot of time and effort.
We were ready and awake at 4am that day to catch our flight and got a notification that the flight out of Austin had been canceled, and there were no more flights that day.
That same morning, we found an evening flight out of Dallas, so we decided to rent a car drive the three hours and catch a flight at 7 PM out of Dallas to Boston. This plan had to go seamlessly in order for us to catch that flight, and the crew working at enterprise in New Braunfels, and DFW helped make this happen for us. Thank you so much?”
“While not happy I had a 49 day rental, that was no fault of enterprise. On day 48 my dashboard said I needed to put air in the tires. I stopped and did so but the problem got worse. Called enterprise and they told me if I could go to discount tire, they would pay for the repair. DT was busy & when they finally got to my repair, they found there was a nail that would require replacing. I called back to new Braunfels enterprise and Alex notified the main office. this authorization needed to be expedited. Within five minutes of my call, I was told the authorization came through and I got the car back in 15 minutes!!! What great customer service! Kudos to Alex and his team at new Braunfels enterprise ??????”
“Clean new vehicle rented to accommodate family in for the week. The price was fair and the vehicle was easy to drive. Avis is located right off the freeway and drop off was extra nice.”
“I rented a car here last week and had a positive experience. It was the first time I have ever seen a location inside of a Walmart, but it really was a nice experience. The staff who assisted me were friendly and helpful. The car was nice, though there was a strong odor inside of it. Overall I was very pleased with my experience at this location.”
