“I was in desperate need for a car after mine broke down on the day that I absolutely couldn't NOT have transportation. After calling another rental place and being told no cars were available, I was in full panic mode. But once Del answered the phone with a friendly voice, I felt a little better, and then when she didn't just send me to the website for my answers or to rent a car, I knew it was going to be ok. hWhen I went to pick up the car the next day she was in the office and so was Tammy. They were funny, upbeat, and very thorough!”

“Needed a rental while my car was at the mechanic getting a death sentence for a bad transmission and while finding a new car. Friendly staff and they had vehicle availability when I presented. I made the reservation though AAA with a Hertz national representative and they stated that I could drop the car off at this location on a Friday after 6:00 pm. However, as this location shares Chuck Nash's location and do not have control of gates, late drop off is not available. As I needed to use the car through that Friday, I had to do the drop off at the Hertz location in New Braunfels, which was not very convenient. As noted on other reviews, the automated phone system is unwieldly and it was a chore to get through to a person, but possible.”

“I was not excited to be in a situation of having my vehicle in the shop and having a rental… but this location went above and beyond to help lighten the hassle of all that I had to deal with.This team was fantastic and made sure to secure me the proper vehicle for my needs and exuded excellent customer service from beginning to end.I called ahead and said I had my toddler with me and needed a ride to the dealership.
