“It soooo rare to find front desk employees as nice as the ones at Hertz in San Marcos. Bevin and Del have helped me numerous times as I have had 2 totaled accidents and 3 fender benders over the past year. They are both very efficient, helpful, kind and patient. They made a stressful situation, not stressful. I will never go anywhere else for my rental. Oh, and on top of that, my first time going there, I went to the wrong location and was dropped off by an Uber. I ran into several of the corporate employees there who kindly offered to drive me to the correct location. Full service :)”

“The rental process was seamless; however, I used a credit card. It's my understanding that using a debit card may come with some hurdles so be aware. Drop off was easy as well”
