Refused to make an account for my daughter due to being short staffed not wanting to deal with a new client, will never go to this chase again.

They have the C team on staff here. Refused to notarize a form because they didn’t understand the form and thought they had to authenticate the passport. All they had to do was confirm they looked at my passport and that I am the person on the passport. Ridiculous. Private client experience is atrocious.

Both locations are a joke. Come in to get something notarized, no customer service. Watched a service member book it off the floor to avoid talking. Yes started by Walmart side 30min wait, no problem next place, wasted gas.
