“My card had a fraud charge on it. I called in and Mona helped me and let me know that I could go into the branch and get an instant new debit card. She cancelled my old one and when I walked into the Hwy 46 location (which I don't think I have ever had to go inside) she greeted me like she knew who I was and immediately helped me to get a new card. Unfortunately, I could not get that card activated so I returned that afternoon and Mona asked Mary to help me. Mary was equally helpful and even called me after 5pm on Friday to make sure that the card was activated. By far the best customer service I have received from any business in a very long time. Now I know why I have been with this bank for over 20 years. Thank you ladies.”

“I've been banking at a large international bank and I recently had an issue with fraudulent activity that negatively affected me. I began to look for a smaller, local bank. I remembered I had an account a couple years ago at Happy Bank which I used only as an account for my Amazon and fun $$. There was some duplicate orders and due to a crazy schedule, I let the account go dormant. I remembered the bubbly spirit of the Manager Suzanne and how accommodating she was. I returned this week and reopened my account. I cannot say enough about Suzanne and the staff there. She goes the extra mile and is not lacking in the most superb customer service skills. I really cannot express how pleasant it is to go there. It has the atmosphere of a small town bank but with all the services of any large bank.
