The curbside employees have a bad habit of mixing chemicals with food, resulting in a lot of food that gets covered in cleaning chemicals and often has to be thrown away. It's really tedious when a shred of empathy and common sense is the only prerequisite to prevent this from ever happening.

Incredibly frustrating experience and the worst interaction I have ever had with an HEB Partner. Out right rude and uncaring. I talked to the pharmacy tech once a week for 3 weeks and each time the tech said they ordered my son's medication and that it would arrive on Tuesday when they get the weekly delivery. It has been 3 weeks and they still do not have it and cannot even tell if it was ordered. They will not transfer the RX because they did a partial fill so I'm unable to go to another pharmacy that has the RX in stock. How would you feel if your disabled child was denied their daily medication due to incompetence of HEB Partners? Please fix this.

I’m not a fan of this location. Every other HEB pharmacy were always helpful and would help. If it’s the pharmacist I spoke to yesterday he seemed to just not want to fill prescriptions or help anybody at all. He seemed to get off on the power trip of denying medications.

Drove to the pharmacy at 8:30 only to find out they close 30 minutes ago, but on the web, they updated their information six weeks ago to the wrong information

In Texas, you are by law allowed one transfer of medication to another pharmacy for a controlled substance. This location was so profoundly incompetent, I desired such a transfer. Did the online work on the Walgreens website and waited for HEB to approve the transfer. My prescription had 2 refills left to go.. Walgreens informs me the pharmacist at HEB said there were no remaining refills on my prescription. An outright LIE. I really should’ve pursued a complaint with the state. The absolute most abhorrent pharmacy experience of my life, and I’m middle aged. Do not use this pharmacy if you have options. Save yourself a migraine!

I have never experienced such rudeness and lack of attention from an HEB employee like today. This unfortunately will be my last time dealing with this pharmacy. What a shame ?

Customer service is horrible they walk off when they don't handle customers well and have someone else jump in and he to drops phone leaves window so I drove off and called for a supervisor and he to doesn't acknowledge what his employees do just tells u they came 2 get me.. well customer service let the patient know just don't wall off.. I won't do business there always had a problem there.. but today I just left er don't feel good and still this treatment. I don't wanna deal with it so drove off.. need true customer service there not rude kids
