This HEB Pharmacy has the absolute best staff! Everytime I go to the pharmacy it is a wonderful and smooth experience. The pharmacists on staff are always willing to offer help and answer all of my medication questions. The pharmacy manager, Daniel, is always smiling and energetic when I come in. I will be using them in the future!

This group of employees couldn’t be more useless. My other pharmacy at cvs filled out my script in no time meanwhile these people would rather work twice as hard not to fill it than help a customer.

Left on break to pick up my prescription that was supposed to be ready this morning. I called to make sure it was ready since i had 30 minutes on break. They said the date was entered wrong but the prescription was not ready, however they were able to fix it and have it ready by the time I got there. Made it back to work with 1 minute to spair. Thank you for getting that fixed and ready on short notice i appreciate you for rushing it so I was not late getting back to work!

Not pleased with this pharmacy. The doctor misspelled name on script. Pharmacy was notified of same and provided correct information. They did not correct the name.
Meds were dropped by 1030 am June 21. I called pharmacy at 430 pm. Meds were ready but no text was sent as notification. Associate had no idea why notification was not made.
June 22 Drive through wait was 25 minutes from roll up to window and drive off. The associate kept going back and forth empty handed from front counter to DT area. The DT area outside was backed up seriously. No customers were noticed at front counter. No one was helping this poor girl.
Numerous other associates were noticed in pharmacy doing F* All. The B team was definitely on the clock Saturday morning June 22.
Let’s send in the A team next time.
I’m happy that part D Medicare picked up most of the cost.

Too many difficulties, getting my medication from a new prescription. Then when I tried to transfer it out to a different pharmacy, they canceled it, requiring my new pharmacy to go get the script again from my doctor.

Rude and slow staff from front staff to the back staff. Front staff is rude to customers and are poorly trained causing a steep wait time . I was told my medication wasn’t there for WEEKS. I spent weeks going back and forth with pharmacy and doctor office trying to find and fill my MUCH NEEDED INFORMATION. Unfortunately my trusted doctors office received my rath and called the pharmacy themselves and figured out that my medication had been in HEB pharmacy system the staff didn’t know how to slide the screen!!! For weeks I felt lied to just didn’t know by who, now I know it was HEB untrained staff. Back staff are rude to front staff by ignoring them when they call for a finger print and I’m sure other things that’s just what I saw when I went in rather than drive through. Back staff is untrained as well. Simple issues that I’ve come across before with Walgreens were easily fixed, bypassed or both within a few minutes not 15 plus minutes. I’m very dissatisfied with the HEB PHARMACY @ 2965 I35 N Frontage road.

Store itself is good except for customer service,they have a lady who has no business helping customers,she should only be scrubbing toilets,you know who you are.

Most unhelpful, rude staff every single time I’ve used them for the past year! No helpful and they give conflicting info. Was told they would contact my doctor to get correct script and waited over and hour only to find out they never contacted the doctor and it wasn’t their policy I would have to which is why I asked twice before stepping away if I should call or they would .. they had my corrected script for two days and still didn’t have it ready making me get out of line and wait another 15/20 min for them to fill it. No consideration for already giving me the run around for hours. And acting like it was unacceptable to be frustrated with their lack of cohesion as a team. Everyone needs to be trained and give the same response to every customer instead of getting a different answer. Every time I call or interact with staff! I was told at the drive-through that I would wait 15 minutes for my prescription and I called back to see when it would be ready and they said it would be ready within the hour. That’s a huge difference. I’m understanding and I know that it’s not the end of the world but it starts to get irritating when you are constantly inconvenienced and then treated with rudeness for expecting quality customer service and basic respect

WHY can't prescriptions that come from ERs, hospitals, urgent cares and surgical centers take priority to fill? My daughter had a procedure yesterday morning and at 5 pm her 2 prescriptions still weren't ready. She had to wait until today to get them. This has been an ongoing issue forever. Prescriptions are filled faster at BAMC, for Pete's sake, than at HEB! Absolutely ridiculous.

I've lived in NB for nearly 8 years and very single time I have ever tried to have a prescription filled here they can never find it. It's the closest location to me and when I'm sick I'd like to be able to go to the closest place possible. I'm done with this pharmacy
