Just went in today and Hayden was so nice, friendly and helpful! I needed to find my ring size because of a ring I am ordering online. No problem and Hayden patiently helped me decide my size, even brought out a similar ring to try! I worked at James Avery many years ago and very impressed with how Hayden assisted me. Thanks Hayden!

Came twice in one day. Once to browse and pick up an order. Then the second time to browse for another gift. Was not greeted or spoken to until we were leaving. There are nicer locations.

I went to the James Avery in New Braunfels, and there was an amazing woman named Cristal helped me. I had drawn a diagram that was all completely crazy. She then spent 2 hours helping me make heads or tails of my diagram and helped me take my crazy diagram and see the beautiful love story between my husband and I unfold. This woman is absolutely amazing! Don't get me wrong, all the James Avery employees are awesome but when I go back to make the next charm purchase for my love story I've got to go to her. She just knows my story and she's helping me write it one charm at a time!!

I absolutely love the James Avery in New Braunfels! Even though I live in San Marcos, I happily make the drive just to come to this location. The ladies working here are always so sweet, kind, and welcoming, and they truly make you feel taken care of. Every visit is such a great experience, and I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for beautiful jewelry and outstanding customer service.

I’m very indecisive and both Hayden and Davenee, goes by Dave were so helpful and made the experience so much fun. As for someone who shops alone all the time getting someone’s opinion means so much, they were very patient. I am looking forward to visiting this store again. Every time I go in The customer service is beyond great!

I love coming to the New Braunfels James Avery as the staff (for the most part) are helpful and kind. Christal makes me feel uncomfortable when I am shopping/checking out. She hovers in different locations around the store with a scowl on her face and on multiple locations she has hovered over the associate that is checking me out. She looks at the computer to make sure they are charging me properly and on one occasion when I was having new loops put on charms, she whispered in the associates ear “Make sure you charge her”. If she is working the next I come to shop I will leave.
