“We have used JP and his staff for years! Business, personal - you name it, he has insured us and our family. JP and his staff have always treated us as family. Be honest, you don't call them just to talk, you call your insurance company when you are in need... and you need them NOW. This past week in the middle of the day I got a call from my married daughter who lives 4.5 hrs away. Her car wouldn't start. She had her 2 month old in the car... her 4 yr old was at daycare and needed to be picked up. Yes she called me. Her husband is a Dallas Fireman and was on duty. Soooo a daughter calls her mother! Due to covid you cannot rent cars it seems.... She needed to take care of her kids, get a tow truck, rent a car in a matter of time and alone. I called Farmers New Braunfels.
