If I could do no stars, I would. I had routine lab testing done on Monday at the Quest in Seguin, Texas. Doctors appointment on Wednesday with no results. Now Friday, 5 days later and still no results, only says in progress. After being a long term user of Quest, I will not be using them in the future.

If you go here and you do not have an appt do not choose walk-in . Choose the next available appt, even if it’s 3 hours away. They’ll keep calling people with appts an hour away even if they haven’t checked in and keep walk-ins waiting.

I had to take my granddaughter in for a blood draw and the staff was super nice. The lady who drew her blood did a fantastic job! The week prior I took my granddaughter into a different lab and from start to finish it was a horrible experience, so I requested for the Phleb to stop and we left. I myself have been a Phleb for over 28 years so I a super protective of my family when others besides myself are drawing their blood. I was very pleased.

Online appts. Took me in minutes of being there. The blond phlebotomist (sorry I didn't get her name) was great. I can have a really hard time with blood draws & she was excellent.

This quest location was so much better than other locations I have been to in the past. I was seen at my appointment time and it was the least painful stick I've had. I was in my car 6 minutes after my scheduled appointment heading home.

Absolutely wonderful to get your lab work done. I cannot tell you how bad it is if you want to question anything on their web site or on a bill you receive. I tried for an hour to find a person. Finally I did. She kept giving me the information I already told her I had. Wanted me to call numbers I had already told her I had done, would NOT give me her name. Would not help with anything. Website as well. Would do nothing but parrot what she had already said. Good luck if you need to change your online information. Or have billing enquiries.

They won't even post the location my PCP inflicted on me, understandable. Have been sent here twice, no more. After being kept waiting for over half an hour past my appointment time, I wasn't even offered an reasonable excuse but did receive the LARGEST BRUISE that I have ever gotten from a phlebotomist (wish I could post a pic).
