Bailey is an angel. I almost always have trouble with blood draws, and I was to have more than a dozen vials drawn this time. Bailey helped me relax and feel comfortable--she made the experience much more pleasant than I'd anticipated. No pain. No bruise. No light-headedness. She's a jewel!
