“I recently purchase my 2019 vehicle with low miles 44k here. With little to no hassle. Buyer beware their warranty they partnered with, Fidelity has very bad reviews. I didn't purchase the warranty. I was still able to walk out with a 30 day warranty. Buy it elsewhere, if you can. A few days later, I noticed the brakes were squeaking and they told me to take it in Austin to get it looked at. (Since I reside in Austin) The tech @ Meineke mentioned they are in good condition, but will soon need new ones. Once he had my vehicle propped up he noticed an engine oil leak. Meineke called them and they just agreed on paying for a new new gasket not the brakes. Even though I didn't get the ribbon and the sales rep. mentioned he doesn't work on commission and wasn't thrilled about how much I wanted to put down ( hence, I was looking for a low payment) I believe I made a good deal. I still need to go back to get the license plate frame.”
