“I recently purchase my 2019 vehicle with low miles 44k here. With little to no hassle. Buyer beware their warranty they partnered with, Fidelity has very bad reviews. I didn't purchase the warranty. I was still able to walk out with a 30 day warranty. Buy it elsewhere, if you can. A few days later, I noticed the brakes were squeaking and they told me to take it in Austin to get it looked at. (Since I reside in Austin) The tech @ Meineke mentioned they are in good condition, but will soon need new ones. Once he had my vehicle propped up he noticed an engine oil leak. Meineke called them and they just agreed on paying for a new new gasket not the brakes. Even though I didn't get the ribbon and the sales rep. mentioned he doesn't work on commission and wasn't thrilled about how much I wanted to put down ( hence, I was looking for a low payment) I believe I made a good deal. I still need to go back to get the license plate frame.”

“I took my truck to three different dealerships from Atlanta GA,Houston tx and victoria tx and they straight lied to me they wouldn't even call the warranty people my truck set at each place for days for nothing.. I took it to Griffin ford in Seguin and they got on top of my truck immediately told me what the problem is and called the warranty people the same day.. they returned all my calls plus Marc called me on his on to keep me informed. The service manager was also great.. if u go anywhere else to get your vehicle fixed you made a mistake”
“You have to check out thier program to really see the value in this place. They help ANYONE. . Your down payment is your credit... no proof of income no credit check... just decent reliable cars.. I found it worth the look and got me a decent car considering I was starting my life all over again. They really are a blessing... just wish these other reviews reflect that. Those people tried to scam the business or get something for nothing.. that's not how the world works people!!!”
