Wow some really slow people work here. You walk in and they don’t greet you. The heavy set black girl with short hair just takes her sweet time doing nothing the same with the tall Latino boy with long hair. Useless.

Worst experience! Got my phone in February and got charged a phone bill the same month and was told my bill would be 120 & it’s almost 200$

My wife went into the store today (Jan. 14) to get yet another replacement Glaxy Fold3 due to a line a bubbling in the middle of the screen. We have had this issue twice with her phone and once with my phone. We have gone into this Verizon store with this issue and they have have talked with Verizon Tech Support and they have replaced the phone for free since it still works and their is no damage that we did to the phone.
The man that helped her, she didn't get his name but was the only employee wearing a mask on his face, and told her that it was just the screen protector that needed to be replaced and she needed to go to another store to get it replace for about 20 dollars (just received a survey from Verizon about the service and the employee's name is Ignacio). She tried explaining that this is not the first time this has happened and we have never had to pay out of pocket to get it fixed. I spoke with this employee on the phone as well and just wouldn't understand or give me the time of day to explain what other employees in that store had done in the past.
When I got off the phone with him I called assuron and the Verizon tech support team. They took all my information and within 5 to 1p minutes completely the request for a new phone and the replacement phone will arrive at our house tomorrow FOR FREE.
My main complaint is that this employee did not want to do anything to help like other employees in this store and just wanted to send us off to another store to pay them money like he has a deal going on with said store.
If it was Verizon tech support I would have called to cancel my Verizon service based on how this employee treated us, even though I have been with Verizon for over 20 years.
Do better Verizon Wireless in New Braunfels!!!!

Love this store! Had 4 different visits related to various upgrades and each time the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Have delt with them in previous cycles and they were excellent then as well. They are my GO TO STORE for cell phone needs.

Bridgette was a wonderful help! My parents only upgrade their phones when they are forced to by the obseletion of technology, and she patiently walked them through options and different price points. We came at 11am on a Sunday with no appointment but we were helped right away! Thanks to the team here!

I want to give a shout out to Marcus and Zach, for assisting me today, they did an outstanding job. I drove all the way from Seguin, and they were very helpful. Got my problem fixed, and did it in a timely manner.

This store has the most incompetent, lazy employees I’ve ever dealt with. I have never walked into this store and left satisfied. Verizon’s coverage and plans are fine, but this location is clearly scraping the bottom of the barrel when it comes to hiring.

I’d like to thank Scottie for helping me out! I was at the store last week and I live about 3hrs away and was told by 2 separate verizons to go to the Apple in San Antonio and of course got no help there, I had previously gone to 3 different verizons, an apple store, and a best buy and nobody could do what scottie did. While I waited for hours on end on the phone or waiting in line at other stores, Scottie had me in and out of that store within 5 minutes with exactly what I needed, he had great customer service and was very composed despite me being frustrated from traveling and nobody being able to help me. So thank you very much Scottie, I’ll never forget your willingness to help!

HIGHLY DISRESPECTFUL TO DISABLED UNITED STATES ARMY VETERAN AND THOUGHT THAT IT WAS FUNNY I WEAR A OXYGEN TANK ON MY BODY TO LIVE!!! I went to the store as directed by customer service on the phone and after a long wait finally got an agent from the store who only called customer support on the phone and then went to go play with her co workers. She would not listen to my problems or concerns about my situation at all. I am not sure what the kids are doing running this store and thinking that it’s ok to disrespect United States Army Veterans. I have just learned that this store has stolen three items from themselves that I ordered on June 24, 2024 an order containing a 15 watt charger pad and two lightning charger chords. I have been on the phone with Verizon Customer Care and they stated that the items were never returned, but as this was a in store locker pick up that after the time they give I did not pick up on purpose cause I didn’t want them. So I called customer care today who is August 8, 2024 and they informed me that they never received the order back so they would not return the money to my bill. This store specifically is the store I was supposed to be picking up the order from sounds like one of the disrespectful Veteran hating customer sales people here needed it more than I did! I mean the store manager doesn’t even have the guts to reach out to me and handle the situation and if you call customer care at 611 they threaten to take your service away cause they will NOT TAKE THE BLAME WHEN THEY ARE WRONG! I am happy now cause I’m going to go store by store with the paperwork and proof of everything to all stores in the area as well as all the United States Military recruitment shops

Despite a busy Sunday morning the staff handled the rush very well. It was a bit of a wait but I was extremely pleased with my experience. Keana and Andrew made sure I was taken care of, and even took the time to correct a discrepancy with my app. Walked out with everything I needed and appreciated their attention to detail.
