Dixie Used Auto Parts is known for treating customers fairly and providing helpful service. Many reviews highlight the accommodating staff who go out of their way to assist, even making arrangements for quick pickups when parts are needed urgently. Customers appreciate the attention they receive, with one mentioning how a staff member took their number, removed a part, and called back promptly. While some found the selection smaller than other stores, they acknowledged the organization and courtesy of the team. Dixie Used Auto Parts is especially recommended for those who may not be knowledgeable about auto parts, as the staff explains options and offers advice. Great place! Needed a window switch for my car they were very helpful, had a car that matched mine on the lot grabbed the part for me. Super friendly and was able to call ahead so they were already expecting me to show up for it. Definitely will be using them for any other car part needs
